Pack Again privacy policy
Effective date: 2 November 2026
About the publisher
Pack Again comes from Mlabs, MB (company code 307689679), a software company in the EU. Contact info@10k.live for help with the app or a privacy request.
What a packing plan contains
A plan can contain its name, selected illustration, bags or sections, item names, quantities, packed amounts and a leaving date. Resetting for another trip preserves a history of what was packed and what was left behind. Traveller names from lists made in older versions are retained. The illustrations come with Pack Again; choosing one does not open your photo library.
Plans, history and undo/recovery state are written to private storage on your phone. Appearance and language preferences are saved locally too. Mlabs does not run a server for these records, receive your travel plans or offer an app account.
There is no advertising, analytics SDK, advertising-ID use or automatic sending of crash reports. The packing workflow does not obtain your location, itinerary from another service, contacts or photos.
Copies you decide to keep
You may copy the packing-record backup as text, or copy a packing list as CSV text. The backup omits undo state and separate app settings. Both use the clipboard. A copied backup can reveal old traveller names as well as list contents, so choose its destination carefully. Pack Again does not encrypt these copies and does not automatically save or upload a file.
A restore reads the backup you paste, shows its preview and asks for confirmation before replacing local data. Keeping text in a note, message, file or cloud folder is a separate action under that destination's rules.
Android's automatic app backup may independently copy eligible saved files and preferences, and may restore them during device setup. Its behavior depends on the OS, backup settings and limits. These system copies are controlled through Android and the backup account, not by Mlabs.
Device access and outside links
Pack Again needs no camera, microphone, notification, contacts, location or broad-file permission. Android's signature-protected receiver permission is for internal communication. Pack Again does not request Android's internet permission, so it cannot make network connections of its own.
A privacy, website or support link opens your browser or email app, which handles its own connection without any app data being attached.
How long plans remain
Saved lists and past trips stay until you remove them through an available app action, replace them with a restore, clear app storage or uninstall Pack Again. Recovery snapshots can contain prior data while local saves rotate. Clearing the app does not erase copied text, files you made from it, messages or your Android backup; manage those copies individually.
When you email us, we receive your message, sending address and chosen attachments. We use that material for the issue you raise and keep it as long as needed to deal with it or comply with an applicable duty. A support email does not give us continuing access to the app.
Younger travellers and privacy rights
The intended users are teenagers and adults organizing their own packing. Pack Again is not directed to young children, asks for no age and includes no advertising or tracking of younger users.
Where privacy law applies, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing of information held by us. Send the request to info@10k.live. Your local plans can be managed on the device; we cannot recover or remotely erase them. You may complain to the data protection authority in the EU country where you live or work, or where you believe the infringement happened, or to our lead authority, the State Data Protection Inspectorate.
Future revisions
Any revised policy will be published here with an updated effective date. Questions about a change can be sent to info@10k.live.
